Abstract Review Fee: After submitting your abstract, you will be required to pay the Review Fee. Your abstract will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members only after the Review Fee has been paid. Upon successful review, you will receive your Abstract Acceptance Letter.
Visa Invitation Mandatory fee (From outside UAE)

Double Occupancy – £300- Recommended for participants traveling with a co-author, family member, or friend. This option provides accommodation for two guests in the same room.
Triple Occupancy – £450 - Suitable for attendees accompanied by two co-authors, family members, or friends. This option accommodates three guests in one room.
