Abstract Review Mandatory Fee (for Speakers & Poster Presenters)
Abstract Review Fee:
Payment of the abstract review fee is mandatory for all speakers and poster presenters. The fee must be paid immediately after abstract submission.
Review Process:
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the 5th International Heart Health and Cardiac Surgery Conference Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members. Please note that the review process will commence only after the review fee has been received.
Acceptance & Next Steps:
If your abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (including completion of any requested revisions), you will receive an Abstract Acceptance Letter. Upon acceptance, you may proceed with the conference registration process.

Official Certificate
All participants will receive an official certificate, which is a mandatory component of the conference. This certificate will serve as a formal and authentic record of your participation and contribution.

Abstract Publication with DOI – Mandatory Fee (for Speakers & Poster Presenters)
Mandatory for Speakers & Poster Presenters
All accepted abstracts from speakers and poster presenters must pay a DOI publication fee to be officially published and indexed.
Publication Process
After abstract acceptance, the DOI fee must be paid to initiate publication.
Abstracts will be published with a unique DOI in our partner international journals.
Publication begins only after payment confirmation.
