Speaker Guidelines

5th International Heart Health & Cardiac Surgery Conference from March 04–06, 2026 Dubai, UAE


We are honored to welcome you as a speaker at the upcoming conference. To ensure a smooth and successful experience for all, please follow the guidelines below when preparing for your presentation.

1. Presentation Format

• Oral Presentations: 15–20 minutes of presentation time, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.

• Poster Presentations: Presenters will be assigned designated times to present and discuss their posters.

• Workshops/Panels: Please coordinate with session chairs regarding timing and structure.

2. Presentation Content

• Ensure your content is accurate, up-to-date, and evidence-based.

• Clearly define your objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.

• Avoid commercial promotion of products or services.

• Disclose any conflicts of interest at the beginning of your talk.

3. Slide Preparation

• Use PowerPoint (PPT) or PDF format.

• Recommended slide size: 16:9 (widescreen).

• Use legible fonts, high-contrast text, and avoid excessive text per slide.

• Include visuals (charts, images, graphs) to support your data.

• Include a final slide with your contact information (optional).

4. Language

• All presentations must be delivered in English.

• Use clear, professional language suitable for an international audience.

5. Technical Requirements

• Bring your presentation on a USB drive and/or have it accessible via email or cloud storage.

• Submit your presentation at least 2 hours before your session to the AV technician or Speaker Desk.

• A laptop, projector, microphone, and laser pointer will be provided.

6. Arrival Time

• Arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes early.

• Introduce yourself to the session chair/moderator and AV team.

7. Certification & Recognition

• All speakers will receive a Certificate of Presentation and official acknowledgment in the conference materials.

8. Recording and Photography

• Sessions may be recorded or photographed for promotional or educational purposes. If you have concerns, please notify the organizers in advance.

9. Engagement

• Encourage audience participation during Q&A.

• Be prepared to answer follow-up questions after your session or during networking breaks.
